Job Summary
The Compounder plays a crucial role in the production process by preparing and mixing product batches in accordance with established formulas, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position is pivotal in upholding quality standards and maintaining the efficiency of the production line.
Responsibilities
- Mix and prepare batches of products as per approved formulas.
- Operate compounding machinery effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of the compounding processes.
- Ensure that all quality control measures are adhered to throughout production.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- At least one year of experience in a compounding, mixing, or manufacturing environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and the ability to lift items weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Must possess a strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and compliance.
