Job Summary
The Compounding Pharmacy Technician plays a vital role in the preparation of sterile compounds within a controlled cleanroom setting. This position requires strict adherence to safety and quality guidelines, ensuring that all operations meet established industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile compounds while maintaining an aseptic environment.
- Adhere to safety and quality regulations throughout the compounding process.
- Maintain precise documentation to ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO standards.
- Follow strict cleanroom gowning protocols and safety measures.
- Participate in maintaining the cleanliness of the cleanroom environment.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs is necessary.
- A solid understanding of cGMP and ISO standards is preferred.
- Willingness to adhere to stringent safety and cleanroom protocols.
