The Conflicts Analyst oversees the process for managing conflict of interest inquiries related to new clients, lateral hires, and business development activities. This role involves conducting thorough research, updating and maintaining precise databases, and assisting attorneys with issues surrounding ethical compliance and confidentiality barriers. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of applicable experience, ideally in a law firm setting. Essential skills include expertise in online research methods, strong analytical capabilities, and the aptitude to handle time-sensitive tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
