Job Summary
The Construction Assistant Project Manager plays a vital role in supporting the management of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. This position requires effective coordination between various stakeholders, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing construction phases of projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Help manage project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and report any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings to facilitate project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in construction or project management is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.
