**Job Title: HR Generalist**
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing the comprehensive employee onboarding process, which encompasses all pre-employment steps and documentation for new hires. In addition, this role offers administrative assistance to HR leadership while participating in various HR activities, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance matters. The preferred candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline and demonstrate an understanding of employment legislation and HR methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with exceptional organizational and communication abilities; bilingual skills in Spanish and English are strongly preferred.
