Job description
The Construction Cost Manager plays a key role in creating initial construction cost estimates and offering expert advice on the viability of projects and budget execution. This position includes managing relationships with vendors, ensuring adherence to regulations, and directing project activities from beginning to end. Prospective candidates should possess a minimum of eleven years of experience in cost estimation, with at least four years specifically in collaboration with contractors. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area, including Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, is mandatory, accompanied by substantial experience in project management or similar technical fields.
