This position includes managing relationships with vendors, ensuring adherence to regulations, and directing project activities from beginning to end. Prospective candidates should possess a minimum of eleven years of experience in cost estimation, with at least four years specifically in collaboration with contractors. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area, including Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, is mandatory, accompanied by substantial experience in project management or similar technical fields.
