Job description
**Job Title: Controller**
The Controller is responsible for supervising all accounting functions related to construction and development initiatives, encompassing financial reporting, draw processes, and cash flow management. This role includes leading, mentoring, and managing the accounting team, serving as a key business partner to leaders in construction and development. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting along with 5 to 10 years of advancing experience in either public or private accounting. Experience in managing teams is essential, and a CPA certification is highly preferred.
