Job description
The Construction Estimator plays a crucial role in developing precise estimates, budgets, and bid proposals for projects, working closely with subcontractors throughout the process. This position involves ensuring adherence to cost requirements and overseeing the project buyout to ensure financial success. Applicants should possess a high school diploma, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree being advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, as are strong data entry capabilities, team management skills, and a solid understanding of construction equipment.
