This position involves ensuring adherence to cost requirements and overseeing the project buyout to ensure financial success. Applicants should possess a high school diploma, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree being advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, as are strong data entry capabilities, team management skills, and a solid understanding of construction equipment.
