By upholding office standards, managing insurance verifications, and offering clerical assistance to the medical staff, they contribute to a smooth patient experience. Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist and must have a current phlebotomy certification in California. Additionally, a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, along with excellent customer service skills and proficiency in computer operations.
