Job description
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in conducting preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and production machinery within the plant. This position is vital for maintaining the reliability of manufacturing operations by reducing equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and technical assistance. Applicants are required to have a High School Diploma or its equivalent, along with a Journeyman Card or a minimum of four years of pertinent mechanical maintenance experience. Proficient technical abilities in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems are essential, along with the capability to read mechanical schematics and adhere to safety standards.
