Job description
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing every phase of construction projects, starting from pre-construction through to project completion. This role ensures adherence to safety protocols, budget constraints, and timelines. They liaise with engineering teams, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to oversee on-site operations and address technical challenges as they arise. Applicants should possess over 15 years of experience in industrial construction, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in construction within nuclear facilities or DOE sites. Holding an active DOE Q clearance or the ability to secure one is mandatory, along with a valid OSHA 30 certification.
