The Construction Manager II is responsible for directing the planning, execution, and successful completion of data center construction projects, overseeing on-site operations, as well as managing budgets and timelines. This role acts as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring that safety, quality standards, and project compliance are maintained. Applicants should have a minimum of five years of experience in construction management, with at least two years focused on data center or large-scale industrial projects. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, and candidates should be skilled in project management software and exhibit strong leadership qualities.
