Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Construction Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering to serve as an Owner’s Representative. This position is based onsite in Gainesville, Florida, and is focused on overseeing various mechanical aspects of construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction processes related to mechanical systems.
- Manage the installation and coordination of duct banks and mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, HVAC, emergency power, and fire protection standards.
- Act as a liaison between the owner and other stakeholders in the construction process.
- Utilize construction management expertise to guide project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven construction management experience, preferably in mechanical engineering.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and mechanical system installations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
