**Construction Project Manager**
The Construction Project Manager will manage the daily operations of multifamily residential construction projects, focusing on budgeting, scheduling, and leading the project team. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multifamily construction projects, along with a strong proficiency in project management software. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering is highly preferred.
