**Construction Project Manager**
The Construction Project Manager will manage the daily operations of multifamily residential construction projects, focusing on budgeting, scheduling, and leading the project team. This role requires ensuring adherence to safety standards and building regulations while effectively coordinating with stakeholders and subcontractors. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multifamily construction projects, along with a strong proficiency in project management software. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering is highly preferred.
