Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Process Engineer specializing in Small Molecules, Oligonucleotides, and Peptides to join our dynamic team in the United States. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in engineering processes and a strong background in both design and operational environments. This position is crucial for advancing our capabilities in sustainable engineering across various sectors including architecture and construction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative processes tailored for small molecule, oligo, and peptide production.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering and project management tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all engineering activities.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of systems utilized in the production processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Process Engineer at a senior level, notably III, IV, or V.
  • In-depth knowledge of small molecules, oligonucleotides, and peptide engineering.
  • Experience within both design firms and operational companies in relevant sectors.
  • Strong skills in technical problem-solving and process optimization.
