Job description
The Construction Supervisor will oversee field teams involved in broadband construction initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and budgetary constraints. This role entails coordinating daily activities, managing equipment resources, and monitoring project advancement through digital platforms. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in Outside Plant (OSP), fiber optics, or utility construction. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, along with excellent organizational and communication abilities, is essential.
