Job description
The consultant will spearhead the delivery of strategic insights by converting client, market, and business data into practical recommendations for leaders in Consumer Banking. They will oversee initiatives focused on measuring client experiences and collaborate across various functions to enhance customer journeys and overall business results. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and have six to eight years of experience handling data analysis with extensive data sets. Familiarity with research tools, data visualization techniques, and a robust background in financial services or customer experience is strongly preferred.
