**Job Title: Engineering Team Lead**
As the Engineering Team Lead, you will guide and cultivate engineering teams focused on creating the platforms, tools, and foundational automation for Microsoft’s worldwide enterprise network. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help implement AI-driven network engineering solutions while maintaining exceptional service reliability and security standards. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline is required, alongside 8-12 years of technical engineering experience. Candidates should possess extensive experience in managing teams and designing large-scale distributed systems or network infrastructures.
