Job description
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for preparing and evaluating contract actions related to closeout processes, which includes conducting desk audits and reconciling invoices. Additionally, this role will involve drafting necessary closeout documentation and modifications across multiple contract types, including Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursement, Time and Materials, and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in federal contract closeouts, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree. Essential skills include strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and a solid understanding of federal regulations such as the FAR, TAR, and TAM.
