**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of the store, focusing on customer service, inventory oversight, and upholding store standards. This position also involves supporting the Store Manager in overseeing, training, and nurturing the development of store staff, all while ensuring a safe and professional atmosphere. Candidates should possess experience in retail or grocery management and be capable of performing physical duties that include lifting up to 55 lbs. Strong abilities in communication, organization, and problem-solving are essential, along with a high school diploma or its equivalent.
