**Contractor Program Manager**
The Contractor Program Manager acts as the main liaison for the DCMA Blue List Program, offering strategic leadership and supervision over all contract staff and their outputs. Key duties encompass managing the Integrated Master Schedule, engaging with government stakeholders, and guaranteeing adherence to established performance metrics and security protocols. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of ten years of professional experience in project management and program scheduling, including at least four years within DoD or Federal settings. A Tier 3 background check and U.S. citizenship are necessary, while holding a PMP or PMI-SP certification is advantageous.
