Job description
**Job Title: System Administrator**
The System Administrator will deliver both remote and onsite IT assistance, managing responsibilities that include system updates and direct troubleshooting efforts. This role will act as a key escalation contact for technicians and will be part of an on-call rotation to provide support during evenings and weekends. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in IT support and demonstrate expertise in Windows, Mac OS, server environments, and virtualization technologies. A valid driver’s license and access to transportation for client site visits are necessary, along with a commitment to working full-time at the office.
