**Contract Services Manager**
The Contract Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing legal contracts pertaining to properties, which includes the negotiation of new agreements and ensuring adherence to both financial and performance standards. This role also entails supervising accounting personnel, crafting performance metrics, and generating detailed reports for upper management. To qualify, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, finance, or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of four years of experience in public service program management and budgeting. Additionally, one year of supervisory experience is essential, and a valid driver’s license is required for this position.
