They are responsible for ensuring that all procedures adhere to regulatory timeframes while maintaining precise records in the CRM system. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting and be familiar with AHCCCS, HCG, or CMS guidelines. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, along with skills in Microsoft Office and an understanding of medical terminology.
