Job description
**Job Title: Controller**
The Controller will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, developing efficient processes, and managing the month-end closing procedures across various branches. This role includes optimizing NetSuite, facilitating M&A integration, and delivering financial reports to the business leadership team. Ideal candidates should possess 7 to 15 years of increasingly responsible accounting experience, with a strong preference for those who are CPA certified and have significant expertise in NetSuite. Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, or field services is strongly preferred, coupled with a hands-on leadership approach characterized by a player-coach mentality.
