**Dietary Aide/Cook**
The Dietary Aide/Cook plays a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that dishes are both nutritious and served at appropriate temperatures. Responsibilities include upholding kitchen cleanliness, sanitizing equipment, and properly organizing food storage in accordance with safety standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year’s experience in institutional food service as a cook. Candidates must have functional literacy skills to accurately follow recipes, adhere to safety protocols, and understand dietary instructions.
