**Job Title: Coordinator**
The Coordinator is tasked with managing an active caseload of clients by offering systemic consultation and conducting frequent in-person outreach visits for assessments. Key responsibilities include creating crisis prevention strategies, organizing support meetings, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained within the START information system. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in a human services discipline and have a minimum of two years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) or related behavioral health issues. This position necessitates regular travel within the region and the ability to provide on-call crisis service coverage on a rotating schedule.
