Job Summary
The Copy & Content Manager will be responsible for producing clear, engaging, and jargon-free communications tailored for the Workplace Savings team. This role entails overseeing content through its entire lifecycle while working closely with compliance and product teams to ensure that the information provided is both accurate and enhances the customer experience.

- Create and manage clear and engaging content across various digital and offline channels.
- Oversee the content lifecycle to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with compliance and product teams to ensure accuracy in all communications.
- Simplify complex subject matter to ensure the information is accessible to the audience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in writing and managing customer-oriented content across digital platforms.
- Strong ability to distill complex concepts into straightforward language.
- Experience working with compliance or legal departments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with financial services or regulated communications is advantageous.
