Job Summary
The core faculty physician will play a crucial role in fostering an engaging educational atmosphere for residents by providing comprehensive outpatient family medicine services. This position emphasizes a commitment to both teaching and quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Engage in regular clinical precepting to guide and support residents.
- Participate in the development of the curriculum to enhance resident education.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care.
- Involve in scholarly activities to promote research and education within the field.
Qualifications
- Must be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- Experience in Obstetrics is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic documentation systems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities are essential.
