The Corporate Building and Maintenance Engineer manages the technical operation, maintenance, and reliability of MEP systems and structural components across corporate properties. This role also coordinates contractor activities, ensures safety compliance, and supports capital improvements and system upgrades. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 3–7 years of experience in corporate building maintenance or engineering. Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with proficiency in BAS and HVAC operations, is required.
