Job Summary
The Cost Analyst plays a critical role in evaluating manufacturing expenses, monitoring inventory operations, and assessing variances to enhance operational decisions and ensure financial precision. This position involves collaboration with various teams to uncover cost influences, refine inventory management practices, and execute necessary corrective measures.
Responsibilities
- Examine and analyze manufacturing costs and inventory activities.
- Assess variances to support financial reporting and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key cost drivers.
- Enhance inventory control systems and strategies.
- Implement measures for corrective actions based on analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience in cost or inventory analysis.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
