Job Summary
The Associate is responsible for overseeing counter sales by providing support to walk-in clients, addressing their questions, offering quotes, and facilitating order collections. Alongside these duties, the individual will engage in warehouse operations, which encompass tasks such as loading and unloading goods, inventory management, and ensuring a safe work setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and provide quotes.
- Facilitate order pickups for customers.
- Manage warehouse duties, including loading and unloading products.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Preferred prior experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Capability to operate warehouse equipment efficiently.
- Able to handle heavy loads as required.
