The role entails assessing, diagnosing, and rectifying mechanical and electrical issues in company vehicles and heavy machinery. This position plays a crucial part in maintaining operational safety by conducting preventative maintenance, carrying out metal fabrication tasks, and keeping comprehensive records of all service operations. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with at least 3 years of experience in automobile or equipment maintenance. A valid driver’s license is required, as well as familiarity with State and Federal DOT regulations.
