Job Summary
The Crater plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of wooden crates and the packaging of goods for both domestic and international transport. This position involves the use of diverse hand and power tools to meet production demands while adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate wooden crates for packaging products destined for domestic and international delivery.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively to ensure quality output.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials using mechanical equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Preference for candidates with technical school training or relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in carpentry skills.
- Ability to interpret shop drawings and specifications.
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 70 lbs.
