**Job Title: Crew Chief**
The Crew Chief plays a vital role in supporting the General Manager with the aim of enhancing revenue, overseeing inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include leading team meetings, mentoring staff members, and ensuring that the service center remains a safe, tidy, and effective workspace. Ideal candidates should possess one to three years of experience in retail management and showcase outstanding communication abilities. This position entails standing for extended periods, lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and thriving in a dynamic environment that includes exposure to automotive shop settings.
