The Teller is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting the bank’s offerings, and executing daily operational activities, including balancing the ATM and vault. Adherence to security protocols is essential, along with maintaining precise transaction records and fostering team collaboration through clear communication. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and foundational math abilities. This position also necessitates the capacity to stand for extended periods, lift items weighing up to 25 pounds, and travel to different branches as required.
