**Job Title: Senior Analytics Professional**
Work alongside product and operations teams to implement AI-enhanced analytical strategies aimed at boosting Home Lending performance and customer satisfaction. Oversee the complete analytics process, including the development of machine learning models, the creation of experimentation frameworks, and the discovery of valuable agentic use cases. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline and have a minimum of 5 years in advanced analytics positions. Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling is essential, along with the skill to convert intricate business inquiries into practical insights.
