**Job Title: Crew Lead**
The Crew Lead guides inspection operators to uphold quality standards and oversees the daily production operations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and handle non-conforming materials. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, specifically with automated equipment. A solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles is essential, along with the capability to engage in physical activities such as lifting and navigating confined spaces.
