**Crew Leader**
The Crew Leader oversees the day-to-day operations at the worksite, which encompasses managing equipment, supervising material usage, and ensuring high-quality standards are upheld. This position entails leading the crew, guaranteeing adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining open communication with clients present at the site. Applicants should possess prior leadership experience in construction or landscaping, as well as a valid driver’s license.
