Job description
**Shift Lead**
The Shift Lead manages the janitorial team to guarantee that cleanliness standards within the facility are upheld and actively participates in cleaning tasks. Additional responsibilities include overseeing inventory, conducting staff training, evaluating performance, and providing reports on operational functions. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of relevant experience in janitorial or facility services. Applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening, as well as demonstrate the physical capability to lift 25 lbs.
