The manager also plays a key role in leading, coaching, and developing team members, while working closely with other departments to enhance equipment performance and streamline processes. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 4 years dedicated to managing people or projects. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a relevant discipline is mandatory.
