**Production Manager**
The Production Manager is responsible for supervising daily operations to guarantee that safety, quality, and production objectives are achieved. This role involves managing departmental budgets and timelines effectively. The manager also plays a key role in leading, coaching, and developing team members, while working closely with other departments to enhance equipment performance and streamline processes. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 4 years dedicated to managing people or projects. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a relevant discipline is mandatory.
