Job Summary
The CRM Applications Analyst plays a vital role in the configuration and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to interpret business requirements and convert them into technical specifications that can be efficiently implemented. The analyst will also oversee application backlogs, facilitate testing activities, and offer functional assistance to enhance system performance and promote user adoption.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in functional or business systems analysis, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum project environments.
