Job Summary
The CRM Applications Analyst plays a crucial role in the support and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE along with related tools within the Power Platform, aimed at fulfilling organizational requirements. This position collaborates with stakeholders to assess processes, oversee application backlogs, and facilitate the effective adoption of systems through comprehensive testing and training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform applications to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to evaluate and improve business processes.
- Manage application backlogs to ensure organized project progression.
- Facilitate successful system adoption through testing and user training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in business or functional analysis specifically with enterprise applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies is necessary.
