Job description
The Certified Residential Medication Aide plays a crucial role in delivering medication to residents and offering vital support with daily personal care tasks. This position involves keeping precise documentation of residents’ health status and working collaboratively with the entire care team. Candidates should possess a current 40-hour CRMA license and have passed the state’s competency examination. The position demands physical capability for assisting residents as well as excellent communication skills to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
