**Hatchery Manager**
The Hatchery Manager oversees the entirety of hatchery functions, which encompass both freshwater and marine fish culture initiatives aimed at achieving production targets. This role entails budget management, staff supervision, and the organization of facility upkeep and safety measures. Applicants should hold at least an associate degree in fisheries, aquaculture, or a comparable area, or possess equivalent professional experience. A minimum of four years working in production-scale Pacific Salmon culture is mandatory.
