The Clinical Research Assistant plays a vital role in the administrative oversight of oncology research projects, ensuring adherence to protocols and managing documentation. This position involves serving as a point of contact for research participants, overseeing study databases, and facilitating monitoring visits. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or a related area, although 4 years of relevant clinical research experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree. Candidates are expected to have IATA certification along with excellent organizational and computer proficiency.
