Job Summary
The CSP 2 position is designed for individuals who are adept in handling a range of customer service inquiries and providing exceptional support. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently, thereby fostering a positive relationship between the company and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of service.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system for record-keeping and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues to contribute to service improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to deliver informed support.
- Contribute to team training by sharing insights and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on active listening.
