Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a CSP Tech 3 for evening shifts. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient operation of our services during nighttime hours, requiring both technical expertise and strong problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will take on various tasks that support the overall objectives of our operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during evening shifts.
- Monitor systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to implement effective solutions.
- Document incidents and resolutions accurately for future reference.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to prevent malfunctions.
- Participate in training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of relevant technical systems and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- Availability to work evening shifts consistently.
- Certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
