The Culinary Assistant plays a key role in setting up dining spaces, delivering meals to residents, and upholding exceptional levels of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen. This position involves adhering to nutritional guidelines and internal protocols while delivering outstanding service to residents. Applicants should be capable of standing for extended durations and lifting a minimum of 30 pounds, all while contributing effectively within a team setting. Experience in customer service or food service within a healthcare environment is advantageous, although it is not a mandatory requirement.
