Job description
The Culinary Assistant plays a vital role in assisting the kitchen staff by preparing and serving healthy meals in compliance with state food service regulations. This position involves ensuring the kitchen is kept clean, monitoring food temperatures, and addressing the dietary requirements of residents. Prospective candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid Food Services Sanitation certificate. A minimum of one year of experience in food preparation, particularly with therapeutic diets, is necessary.
